    Do you have a running program you follow? Do you run the exact same miles during the week and then up your miles on weekends? I just finished my 3rd half marathon and never have probably “trained” for them. I would like to have a better time, but once I hit a particular mile, I get very fatigued, and I want to have the same momentum throughout the whole race!
